Tri-Cities was where she could easily be herself and hone her craft. she performed in many musicals during her time there and loved every bit of it. she released an EP freshman year of college at CAU. Dri made a name for herself with the help of her team. When school got hectic, she had to focus on graduating so she had to take a break from her music. After earning her Bachelor’s Degree in Music Management, she went head-on into making more music. She fall in love with the process of making music over and over again.

Dri Jack lost her older brother in 2008 and after that , it was a struggle for her to sing at times. Growing up, she sang as a family so after she lost her brother, she stopped wanting to sing because it wasn’t the same. she lost her brother the summer before she started high school, which was also the school he had attended. Everyone knew of his passing so that made it a little harder to attend school. After a couple of months of not singing, there was an audition for the Spring musical and although she was hesitant to audition, she went for it. she was cast in the show and being in that musical showed her that she shouldn’t stop singing because her brother passed away but that she should continue singing in his honor. she then continued to write and perform as a tribute to him.
Being an independent artist and seeing other independent artists in the entertainment business rise on the charts, book tours, and sell out big venues gives Dri Jack the encouragement and drive to know that She can accomplish the same.
